How long am I postnatal for?

I personally believe that once you’ve had a baby you are always considered postnatal. Therefore it is never too late to start working on any postnatal issues you have even if your children are out of nappies or even school!

wHAT DO YOUR POSTNATAL SESSIONS CONSIST OF?

We will have a chat first so I can asses your needs and desires and then I will put together a personalised plan for you. This will depend on your symptoms and your goals to return to exercise. It may be a combination of yoga, Pilates and Hypopressives and it will be tailored to you.

How many sessions will i need?

This is entirely dependant on your goals and the outcome you would like to achieve.

I will always try and work with your time and budget in mind and design a program that works for you.

When learning Hypopressives I would say that at least 3 sessions are needed to learn the technique correctly.

Where are you based and where do you travel to?.

I train clients at my home in Hackney, London (E9) parking is available. I will travel across London and Essex. My rates reflect the travel time I incur when training at your home.

Can I learn Hypopressives online?.

Yes! All I ask is that you have a good internet connection and the room is will lit and I can see you in standing and laying down postures. I use Zoom and have taught people from all areas of the world.

Can you tell me more about how you healed your prolapse?

I have documented quite a lot of my story on my Instagram account but if you would like to know more and ask questions then I offer a 1 hour phonecall in which I detail my story and all of the things I did to heal my prolapse. You can ask any questions in a safe space, I am very open with my prolapse story and the symptoms I had etc.

Do you offer group classes?.

At the moment I am only offering private classes due to my availabilty. I have also found that for my clients to get the best exercises for them it is imperative to work on a 1-2-1 basis.

Who did you train with?

I qualified as a Yoga teacher with ‘Arhanta’ yoga school in Inida in 2014. I did my pre and postnatal yoga with ‘YogaMama’ in the UK in 2017. I qualified as a Pilates teacher (with pre and postnatal) with JPilates in 2018. I did my Hypopressives training with ‘Hypopressives Scotland’ in 2021. I have also completed courses by Dr Sarah Duvall as a ‘Postpartum corrective exercise specialist’.

Why should I work with you?

Because I’m passionate about helping women during their pre and postnatal period. I believe it can be a lonley and confusing time and I want you to believe in your body and to feel strong and confident. I will do my upmost to work with you to meet your goals and if I can’t help I will always refer you to someone else who can.
