A new collaboration between Cryojuvenate and Honest Yoga
At Cryojuvenate, we’re passionate about supporting women’s health in meaningful, effective, and forward-thinking ways. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce our new collaboration with Natalie Dale, postnatal recovery expert, founder of Honest Yoga, and host of The Honest Postnatal Podcast. Together, we’ve created a premium package designed to help women strengthen their pelvic floors and rebuild core strength – using both expert postnatal care and groundbreaking technology.
If you’ve given birth, you may already know how significantly the pelvic floor can be affected. But you might not realise just how common pelvic floor dysfunction is – and how overlooked it can be.
What is the pelvic floor – and why does it matter?
The pelvic floor is a group of muscles located between the tailbone and pubic bone. It supports vital organs such as the bowel, bladder, uterus, and vagina and helps control bodily functions like urination, bowel movements and sexual response. When working properly, it’s a strong and flexible network. When weakened it can lead to a number of uncomfortable symptoms.
Common causes of a weakened pelvic floor:
Pregnancy and childbirth
Menopause (and perimenopause)
Ageing
Chronic constipation
Heavy lifting
High impact exercise
Obesity
Chronic coughing (asthma, bronchitis, smoking etc.)
Surgery or trauma
Genetic
Signs of pelvic floor weakness may include:
Stress incontinence (leaking when laughing, sneezing or exercising)
Prolapse (a feeling of heaviness or pressure)
Difficulty emptying the bladder or bowel
Discomfort or pain during sex
Too often, women suffer in silence. Many are told these symptoms are simply part of motherhood or ageing – but this isn’t true and you don’t have to live with them. With the right support and treatments, you can rebuild your strength and confidence.
“My life changed the day I gave birth to my first son. As a yoga teacher, I thought I’d have a natural birth and a quick recovery. Instead, I experienced a traumatic birth followed by a prolapse diagnosis that turned my world upside down.
Healing my prolapse and regaining confidence in my body became my mission – and ultimately my purpose. That journey led me to specialise in pre- and postnatal health, and I’ve now supported countless women around the world during pregnancy and after birth. I’d love to help you too.”

Meet EMS Medisculp PelviQ: A breakthrough therapy for pelvic floor health
EMS Medisculp is a non-invasive, pain-free treatment that uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic energy (HIFEM) to stimulate thousands of powerful muscle contractions in a targeted area.
At Cryojuvenate, we use the PelviQ Paddle – specially designed seat that connects to the EMS Medisculp device. Once activated, it stimulates thousands of supramaximal pelvic floor muscle contractions – something that’s nearly impossible to replicate through regular Kegel exercises.
This intense, targeted activation:
Strengthens and re-educates the pelvic floor
Helps regain bladder control
Improves core stability and pelvic organ support
You also have the option to apply a second paddle to your abdomen during treatment, offering a dual-action approach that strengthens both pelvic floor and core muscles – painlessly and non-invasively.
Unlike traditional pelvic floor exercises (which can be difficult to perform correctly), EMS Medisculp gets straight to work – delivering results quickly and safely.
Expert Insight: Natalie Dale on EMS Medisculp and the Postnatal Pelvic Floor
“I always say to my clients that fixing the pelvic floor is like completing a jigsaw puzzle. There are so many pieces we need to look at – strength, breathwork, posture, even nutrition. But now I’ve found another piece to add: EMS Medisculp.
Having experienced the treatment myself at Cryojuvenate, I can say it’s powerful. The electromagnetic pulses made me feel my pelvic floor muscles working intensely – especially those lower abdominal muscles (Transverse Abdominis) that are so important postnatally.
This can be a real breakthrough for women who struggle to connect with their pelvic floor. Whether due to childbirth, trauma, menopause or another factor, it’s common to lose that mind-body link. EMS Medisculp can help reawaken it.
If you’re experiencing incontinence, discomfort during sex, prolapse symptoms – or if you’ve simply found traditional exercises aren’t enough – this treatment could be a game changer.
Combine it with the right education and support, and you can transform your recovery journey. I truly believe there’s always hope for improvement.
Women often wait years to seek help, feeling too embarrassed to ask for help or just believing that their symptoms are a normal part of womanhood. There is help out there and improvement can always be made.”

… During a session of EMS Medisculp
You’ll sit comfortably on the PelviQ seat, feet flat on the floor and torso slightly forward. Over a 30-minute session, the device will deliver controlled electromagnetic pulses to stimulate the pelvic floor muscles.
Here’s how the journey works:
Before: Weak pelvic floor muscles struggle to support pelvic organs and maintain bladder control.
During: EMS PelviQ Paddle delivers supramaximal contractions to stimulate and strengthen those muscles.
After: Most clients report a greater sense of control, improved strength, and reduced incontinence.
A standard programme consists of 6 treatments over 2 weeks, but this can be tailored based on your needs. Top-up sessions are available to maintain results.
Ready to feel like you again?
Whether you’re preparing for birth or recovering after it – whether it’s been weeks, months, or even years – it’s never too early or too late to invest in your pelvic health.
